Empowering Your Journey to Emotional Well-Being

Evidence-based, trauma-informed care in a non-judgmental space

Meet Margo

Your Partner in Mental Health

When facing challenges, it’s easy to rush toward quick fixes. But when we don’t practice self-compassion and use healthy adaptive tools, the unresolved pain can prevent us from developing the emotional intelligence that’s essential to our well-being.

In an empathetic and supportive space, my practice provides an evidence-based, individualized set of tools that teach you how to honor and care for yourself. You will learn how to navigate life’s hardships and feel your feelings—without getting stuck.

Client-centered therapy is grounded in a belief in each person's innate strength and resilience. Using a feedback-driven, trauma-informed approach, I help clients delve into the core of their emotional wounds, nurturing them toward lasting healing and self-reliance.

My Approach

Throughout my career, I have supported patients facing PTSD, generalized anxiety disorder, mood disorders, neurodivergence, and substance use. I honed these therapeutic modalities in diverse mental health settings, such as schools, hospitals, and in crisis intervention.

After ten years of clinical experience in community practice, I started my private practice in 2024. I cater to a broad spectrum of patient needs, both long and short-term, in-person and virtually, in a non-judgmental setting. My practice focuses on pre-teens, teenagers, athletes, young adults, and women, specializing in humanistic psychology, cognitive behavioral therapy, anxiety, depression, and trauma-based and attachment disorders.

I am a licensed independent social worker with supervisor designation. I have a Bachelor's degree in Social Work from the University of Arkansas and a Master of Science in Social Administration from Case Western Reserve University.
